Among many other attributes that I’m sure are more important, she is reckoned by Forbes magazine to be the highest paid model in the world. There’s a special word for people who have such a high-flying modeling career: she is a supermodel.  A single fact should illustrate the point: a black-and-white nude photo of Ms. Bündchen was recently auctioned in the low 7 figures.

Anyway, my advice to all would-be coaches should be obvious:

Here’s how to let this woman be your inspiration. Each day when you brush your teeth, I want you to look into the mirror and say, in a firm but gentle tone, “Today, I am going to be more like Gisele.” (Pro tip: this works better if you do it after rinsing away the toothpaste.)

You Mean, Charge a Lot Of Money?

Errr, no.  I mean, yeah, sure, charge as much money as the coaching market will bear.  A real discussion of prices is way outta scope for this blog.  Suffice to say that you can make up to $17,000 a year as a professional XP coach. Welllll, no.  I mean, yeah, sure, there’s no reason not to, and I am a big advocate of personal hygiene in other persons.  But let’s be honest, there’s only so much brushing  can accomplish.  You can brush and brush and brush, comb your hair, shower once a week and even use makeup, but the truth is that some of us are really just flat-out ugly. Unless you are inherently gorgeous, as in my case, and you have that certain je ne sais quoi that simultaneously says “Adonis” and “Genius” and “Potential Stalker,” this answer’s not going to work.

No. I mean, yeah, sure, knock yourself out. That’s how Ron Jeffries made it as a big-time “coach”.  Though let me tell you, I’ve been down the whole selling-naked-pictures-of-self road, and taking pictures of your self naked is much harder than might at first appear. Also, my sales were in the low one figure.  If you’re going to try this, keep your day job for as long as possible.
