		<description>Another great post, GeePaw - getting a team to produce does so many things (for example, it builds the team&#039;s own confidence, builds the business&#039;s confidence that the team will keep its promises and allows the team to identify where their real problems lie) and releasing the team in the way you describe is an important part of the job to help them produce. In a way, as a coach, from day one you are looking to gradually work your way out of a job, as you want to make your team self sufficient. I like the concept of &quot;releasing&quot; to describe these steps, and I am looking forward to the next post in the series.</description>
