Interestingly your suggestions are completely in line with Weinberg's lessons on making a change and breaking the addiction cycle. Offering a real alternative and making small to tiny gradual steps towards the improvement is exactly the right thing to do. Alongside with giving your staff the right slack to adopt the new things they learned and incorporate them into their workflow over time. You gave me the missing link. Thanks.
